A birth doula provides emotional & physical support to a woman and her partner before, during & after childbirth. 

Mission: 

The miracle of birth is best experienced when Mom feels safe and secure in her decisions, knowing that her doula is there to empower her to advocate for herself. My job is to come along side expectant parents and assist them in creating the birth experience that they envision for themselves. I will present all available options and allow you and your partner the space to develop your ideal birth plan including locations to deliver, birthing positions and treatments given to baby once delivered.  It is my goal to facilitate partner participation as much as they want to be involved.   It is my privilege to provide the emotional support, comfort measures, information, and advocating for Mom to have a voice through this life-changing adventure.
